Tank and Bund Maintenance with Hankinson EPIC Back

Date published: June 25, 2019

Below is a photograph of a bund we have recently lined for one of our clients, which is capable of holding caustic soda amongst other harsh chemicals. This was lined with a vinylester glassflake material to 1.5mm including a non-slip incorporated into the last coat and back rollered to seal.

The client is happy with the overall job and the way our operatives conducted themselves on site, with Barry Ackers overseeing Jeff Midghall and Joel Gardner. This project was on a time critical shutdown halting production so time was of the essence; this whole bund shutdown maintenance was completed in a 2 week window! You can also check out below a tank that our Hankinson EPIC division have recently coated! The tank painting work was completed using a motorised rope cradle for access. The team who completed it were Adam Swain and Robert Hutchinson, who are very experienced in using cradles to complete works of this nature.
